Nobody’s Child has announced a collaboration with Reskinned to introduce a takeback scheme aimed at promoting sustainability and reducing fashion waste. Launching on 17th January 2025, the initiative allows customers to return preloved Nobody’s Child items to be resold, repurposed, or responsibly recycled, ensuring garments stay out of landfills.

Participants in the scheme will receive a discount of up to £30 to spend on new purchases from Nobody’s Child, encouraging a sustainable shopping cycle.

How the Takeback Scheme Works

  1. Add the Nobody’s Child items you wish to return to your takeback basket.
  2. Package the items and drop them off at a designated courier location.
  3. Once the trade-in is verified, receive a Nobody’s Child discount code.

This seamless process ensures customers can easily give their clothes a second life while benefiting from savings on future purchases.

A Shared Vision for Circular Fashion

Nobody’s Child, known for blending everyday style with sustainability, prioritises the use of fabrics from certified organic, recycled, and responsibly managed sources. This initiative builds on the brand’s commitment to creating beautiful, timeless pieces designed to be loved for years, not just seasons.

Reskinned, a leader in the circular clothing economy, specialises in takeback, recommerce, and end-of-life recycling. By linking innovative technology with sustainable practices, Reskinned provides brands with flexible solutions to achieve circularity in their operations. With over 30 brands already signed up, Reskinned’s approach supports the shift towards a more sustainable fashion industry.

Driving Change in the Fashion Industry

The collaboration aligns with growing consumer demand for sustainable shopping options. Through this scheme, Nobody’s Child aims to extend the lifecycle of its products while rewarding eco-conscious customers.

Victoria Jenkins, spokesperson for Nobody’s Child, commented:
“Nobody’s Child believes that beautiful fashion shouldn’t cost the Earth. Our takeback scheme with Reskinned is a natural step in helping our customers embrace sustainability while enjoying their unique style. Together, we’re creating a future where fashion can be loved and lived in responsibly.”
