Cribbs has announced two fashion leasing deals, with Levi’s set to make its debut at the Bristol retail and leisure destination and Moss committing to a larger store.
Menswear retailer Moss has agreed a 15-year lease on a 4,124 sq ft unit within Cribbs. Levi’s has signed a five-year lease for Moss’s former 2,265 sq ft store, bringing the denim and casualwear brand to the destination for the first time.

Levi’s Adds To Fashion Line-Up
Levi’s will introduce its denim collections and wider casualwear offer to the centre, adding another international fashion retailer to the Cribbs tenant mix.
The signing follows the arrival of Rodd & Gunn, AllSaints and Animal, as the destination continues to develop its fashion offer through a combination of new occupiers and investment from existing retailers.
The five-year lease also enables Cribbs to retain continuous occupation of the unit being vacated by Moss as the menswear brand moves into its larger space.
Moss Commits To Larger Store
Moss has been part of the Cribbs retail line-up for a number of years. Its relocation increases the size of its store and extends the brand’s commitment to the destination through a new 15-year lease.
The 4,124 sq ft unit will provide additional space for Moss to present a wider range of suits, formalwear, casualwear and accessories. The relocation is also intended to create a more extensive trading environment for its product and service offer.
The Cribbs move follows investment by Moss in other UK locations, where the retailer has been updating and relocating stores as it develops its approach to physical retail.
Existing Occupiers Invest At Cribbs
Moss’s relocation forms part of a wider programme of occupier activity at the centre. Crew Clothing Company, H&M, Skechers and River Island have also completed or committed to upgrades of their existing stores.
The recent investment sits alongside the arrival of retailers including Levi’s, Rodd & Gunn, AllSaints and Animal. Cribbs said the leasing activity reflects its approach of bringing new brands into the centre while providing existing tenants with opportunities to expand or update their stores.
Sovereign Centros by CBRE provides full asset management services across Cribbs on behalf of M&G Real Estate. Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are the retained letting agents, with Green & Partners acting in a leasing advisory role.
