Selfridges is expanding its RESELFRIDGES destinations across all stores, seamlessly integrating new, second-hand, and circular fashion elements to offer a sustainable shopping experience. This initiative showcases a wide range of products and services, highlighting the retailer’s commitment to sustainability.

In London, the upgraded RESELFRIDGES space now covers 1,000 sq ft within the Accessories Hall, tripling its previous size. This area not only features second-hand and archive collections from sought-after industry brands but also includes repair, resale, and customisation services. Following this, a new 3,000 sq ft circular fashion destination will open on the third floor, combining services from SOJO repair, HURR rental, Vintage Threads, and We Are Cow in one comprehensive space.

Selfridges continues its partnership with Byronesque, experts in sourcing vintage pieces that appeal to collectors and fashion enthusiasts. This collaboration kicks off with the display of an original Alexander McQueen Dante Mask, showcasing a piece rich in fashion history.

Another key RESELFRIDGES partner, OOTO (Out of the Ordinary), brings a unique selection of essential luxury archival vintage accessories, featuring pieces from Gucci by Tom FordVersace, and Jean Paul Gaultier. The vintage luxury jewellery collection is carefully curated by Susan Caplan and Jennifer Gibson, ensuring an offering of unparalleled elegance.

The Spring/Summer 2024 selection at RESELFRIDGES includes highly sought-after items such as a rare Dior camo Saddle Bag and a range of functional yet stylish accessories, catering to various customer needs.

Selfridges encourages the reuse and appreciation of existing possessions by making the Handbag Clinic a permanent feature. This service offers extensive repair and restoration for leather goods and accepts handbags in exchange for Selfridges gift vouchers. Boyarde offers custom artwork for leather goods, enabling personalisation for both new purchases and items brought in by customers.

With dedicated spaces in all four stores, including Manchester Exchange and Trafford, as well as Birmingham, RESELFRIDGES is now a core component of Selfridges’ retail strategy. This move not only affirms Selfridges’ dedication to circular innovation but also makes it easier for customers to access an expertly curated collection of iconic designs and timeless pre-owned pieces, fostering a more sustainable approach to shopping.
