Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) today announced a series of new signings at Westfield London, enhancing its offerings in beauty and wellness, fashion, leisure, and food & beverage sectors.

The beauty and wellness sector at Westfield London is set to grow with the upcoming opening of Prince Pharmacy, a prominent private pharmacy group in London. The new outlet, occupying 3,345 square feet, is scheduled to open its doors in the fourth quarter of this year.

In a significant addition to the beauty retail sector, Bath & Body Works will open its first standalone store in London. The 2,357 square foot store, set to open in April, is located directly opposite Sephora, adding to the recent successful openings and expansions in the area, which include Sephora’s first UK store, Space NKRituals, and PureSeoul.

Kate Orwin, Leasing Director UK at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, commented on the expansion: “We’ve had a robust year so far in leasing at Westfield London, with increased demand for upsizing and new store space as brands look to expand in strategic locations. This momentum builds upon the success of 2023, during which we welcomed over 80 new store openings across both Westfield centres. We anticipate further growth in the beauty, medical, and wellness sectors throughout this year, as we continue our commitment to creating best in class destinations and exceptional customer experiences.”

The fashion and footwear sectors are also seeing expansion with new upsizes. Uniqlo is currently enlarging its existing store, and Europe’s largest shoe retailer, Deichmann, is upsizing from 5,108 square feet to 7,389 square feet and will be located in the West Mall. Additionally, men’s fashion brand Dan John and women’s fashion retailer Subdued are set to open this spring. In 2025, two new flagship Sports Direct stores featuring innovative customer experiences will debut at both Westfield locations.

In the food and beverage domain, there are notable updates, with Soho Coffee & Kitchen set to open in June following its relocation and upsizing to 1,682 square feet. The fashion-led food and drink destination, EL&N London, will open a 2,996 square foot outlet in The Atrium this summer, and Kanada-Ya is expected to open in late spring on the Southern Terrace, marking the expansion of Westfield’s casual dining offerings.

In the automotive sector, the electric car company BYD will join Westfield London in April, enhancing the centre’s portfolio of car brands, which includes Tesla and Genesis.
