International fashion retailer Mango has opened a new store at Silverburn today (5 July), joining the growing lineup of fashion brands housed in the exciting retail and leisure destination.

This store is one of the first in Scotland to showcase the popular Spanish brand’s new Mediterranean-inspired store concept, designed to reflect the spirit and freshness of the retailer. With warm tones and neutral colours, the store integrates traditional and natural materials with sustainable measures to create an improved customer experience for shoppers.

David Pierotti, General Manager of Silverburn, said: “This marks another milestone in the continuous development of Silverburn as we welcome yet another big brand name and leading fashion retailer to our diverse offering. With a renewed, vibrant store look I suspect Mango will become a firm favourite for our guests.”

Mango was founded in Barcelona in 1984 by brothers Isak and Nahman Andic. The brand quickly established itself as a leader in the fashion industry, known for its contemporary and stylish clothing for women. Over the years, Mango expanded its offerings to include men’s, children’s, and plus-size clothing, as well as accessories and footwear.

The brand’s international expansion began in 1992 with the opening of its first store in Portugal. Since then, Mango has continued to grow its global presence, now operating over 2,700 stores in more than 100 countries. The company’s commitment to fashion-forward designs, sustainability, and customer satisfaction has made it a favourite among fashion enthusiasts worldwide.

Mango’s new store at Silverburn reflects the brand’s ongoing evolution and dedication to providing a unique shopping experience. The Mediterranean-inspired concept is part of Mango’s broader strategy to create inviting and environmentally friendly retail spaces that resonate with the brand’s heritage and ethos.
