Jo Malone London Unveils Christmas Pop-Up Experience in Covent Garden

Jo Malone London has launched an immersive holiday pop-up in Covent Garden, inviting visitors to experience “The Jo Malone London Christmas Show.” Open from 31 October to 24 November, the event offers a festive journey filled with seasonal scents, interactive games, and exclusive gifts. Set within a dazzling golden structure, the pop-up immerses visitors in a gameshow-inspired atmosphere, bringing Jo Malone London’s signature holiday storytelling to life.

The pop-up’s engaging experience includes a spin-the-wheel game, along with an interactive photo booth to capture holiday memories. Designed to make shoppers feel part of a live Christmas show, the event combines Jo Malone London’s British elegance with immersive, hands-on activities. Following its Covent Garden run, the pop-up will move to St James Quarter in Edinburgh from 5 to 15 December, spreading the holiday spirit across the UK.

Each year we surprise and delight our consumers with our festive storytelling, seasonal scents, and array of fragrant gifts. This year we want to invite our consumers to step inside The Jo Malone London Christmas Show, an immersive pop-up experience offering theatre and elevated storytelling beyond our normal retail environment. We know there is high consumer interest in interactive eventing, blending product with hands-on exploration, which helps to create an emotional connection with a brand. The pop-up’s shimmering golden structure brings to life this year’s showstopping campaign, complete with an interactive photo booth, spin-the-wheel activity, and resident gameshow host for added animation.”

This year’s festive pop-up was created in collaboration with experiential agency Backlash, known for its innovative retail activations. The partnership brings Jo Malone London’s holiday campaign to life with vibrant elements designed to engage all senses, from the glimmering golden facade to interactive games and festive décor.

Visitors can also explore Jo Malone London’s range of holiday gifts and fragrances, including limited-edition scent collections and exclusive gift sets. With installations in both Covent Garden and St James Quarter, Jo Malone London’s Christmas Show offers a unique, multisensory experience that combines the brand’s British charm with holiday elegance.
