Mango has opened a new standalone store on O’Connell Street in Limerick, creating 15 jobs.
The 7,535 sq ft unit offers the brand’s latest womenswear and menswear collections, including clothing, footwear and accessories. All collections are designed at Mango’s Barcelona atelier by a team of 500 specialists.

New Med Store Concept
The store has been designed in line with Mango’s New Med concept, an interior approach inspired by the brand’s Mediterranean heritage and culture. The scheme incorporates natural textures, warm tones and sustainable materials to create what the retailer describes as a bright and welcoming shopping space.

Irish Expansion
The Limerick opening marks Mango’s first standalone store in the city. It adds to the retailer’s existing Irish locations in Cork, Swords and Newbridge, as well as a presence in Dundrum and Blanchardstown. In Dublin city centre, the brand operates two flagship stores on Grafton Street and Henry Street.
The new store forms part of Mango’s 2024–2026 4Es Strategic Plan, which is focused on driving sales and store expansion. The roadmap includes plans to strengthen the brand’s physical presence across Ireland. Since launching the plan, Mango is on track to open 500 new stores globally by the end of 2026.

Financial Performance
The expansion follows continued financial growth. In July, Mango reported global turnover of €1.73 billion for the first half of 2025, representing a 12% year-on-year increase, or 14% at constant exchange rates. The retailer attributed this performance to the popularity of its collections, including a recent collaboration with London-based designer Supriya Lele, alongside ongoing store openings.
At the end of 2025, Mango operated around 20 points of sale across Ireland, comprising standalone stores and concessions, alongside Mango.com and additional online marketplace presence.
