Monsoon has launched a limited-edition collection with UK-based artist and print designer Charlie Taylor, bringing her travel-inspired artwork into womenswear and kidswear.

The collection marks the latest stage in Monsoon’s brand evolution and focuses on craft, colour and Brit boho silhouettes. Charlie Taylor is known for her illustrations and colour palette, with influences drawn from travel, including Moroccan tiles and Italian tablescapes.

The 10-piece collection comprises five womenswear pieces and five kidswear pieces for ages three to 13. It features three exclusive Charlie Taylor prints, combining Monsoon’s bohemian silhouettes with Taylor’s artwork.

The collection also reflects a modern approach to mini-me dressing. Rather than exact matching, the womenswear and childrenswear pieces are designed to coordinate through a shared boho aesthetic and can be worn together or separately.

Pieces include sundresses, lightweight separates and square scarves, with breathable fabrics and breezy silhouettes intended for warm-weather dressing. Each print began as an original artwork, hand-painted by Taylor and developed into the final collection.

“At its heart, this collaboration is about celebrating boho craftsmanship. By working with an emerging female artist, we bring a fresh, artisanal perspective, honouring heritage techniques while championing the next generation of creative voices.”

Caroline Jackson, Monsoon Creative Director.

“I loved working on this collection with Monsoon. I wanted the designs to feel joyful and special, with colours and motifs that evoke the sea washing over your toes and long, sun-soaked lunches beneath palm trees. I hope people feel the warmth of the sun wearing these pieces, a postcard from holiday for every day.”

The collection is available from 19 May, with the Connie Dress debuting in a second drop on 28 May. It is available exclusively at Monsoon’s website and selected stores, including Birmingham, Islington, Stratford Westfield, White City Westfield, Gatwick North and South Terminals, London Luton Airport, Waterloo Station and Islington.

Prices start from £36.
