Swarovski has officially opened its new Duomo Flagship store in Milan, marked by a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Italian model and brand ambassador, Bianca Balti. The event was also graced by key figures including Swarovski‘s Chief Executive Officer Alexis Nasard, Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, Chief Commercial Officer Michele Molon, and Italy & Iberica General Manager Massimo La Greca.

Designed by Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, the Swarovski Duomo store presents an immersive retail experience spread across a 550 sq meter, three-story space. This flagship store showcases the full range of Swarovski products, embodying the brand’s hallmark savoir-faire and elegance.

Visitors to the store will find an extensive array of Swarovski offerings, from crystal jewellery and watches to home décor and bejewelled eyewear. The store also features tableware, limited-edition products, and an exploration area for Swarovski’s loose crystals and collaborations with global brands. Additionally, the Swarovski Created Diamonds fine jewellery collections are making their European debut at this location, displayed in a dedicated salon area for lab-grown diamonds.

This opening is part of a global rollout of a new retail concept aimed at delivering a joyfully extravagant shopping experience.
