ALO has confirmed plans to open a new store in the Victoria Quarter at Victoria Leeds, marking its first presence in the North of England. The location is scheduled to open in 2026 and will offer a curated range of ALO’s products for both men and women.

Known for its fashion-led approach to activewear and loungewear, ALO will bring its studio-to-street retail concept to the Leeds destination, continuing its global expansion. The store will feature a mix of activewear, outerwear, accessories, and wellness items, aligned with the brand’s ethos rooted in mindful living and movement.

The design of the new store will follow ALO’s established aesthetic. Interiors will reflect a balance of industrial elements with natural features such as wood detailing and plant installations. Natural light will also play a key role in the store’s atmosphere, maintaining continuity with ALO’s existing retail environments and reflecting its Southern California roots.

This upcoming Leeds site joins a wider international portfolio of more than 150 ALO Sanctuaries, part of the brand’s ongoing effort to establish itself in key urban locations across the globe.

The decision to open at Victoria Leeds follows recent regional debuts by other brands such as Nobody’s Child, BYREDO, and TUMI, all of which have selected the retail destination for strategic growth.

Commenting on the announcement, Rachel Bradburn, Head of Leasing at Redical, said: “As an exceptional brand disrupting the activewear scene with an exciting product offering and a vast and dedicated online presence, ALO is exactly the type of brand we look for when expanding our premium brand mix at Victoria Leeds. This location is highly anticipated amongst our fashion and wellness-conscious customers and further affirms Victoria Leeds’ leading position in the market.”

Lunson Mitchenall and Central Retail acted on behalf of Victoria Leeds in securing the deal.
