Meadowhall has announced that global fashion group Inditex has signed to bring both Pull&Bear and Stradivarius to the centre. The two new openings will join existing Inditex brands Bershka and Zara, taking the group’s total footprint at the destination to over 70,000 sq ft.

Stradivarius 3 Large

Pull&Bear flagship on Lower Level High Street

Pull&Bear has secured a 13,000 sq ft flagship unit in a prominent position on Meadowhall’s Lower Level High Street. The store will house the brand’s full menswear and womenswear offer alongside accessories and footwear, delivered through Pull&Bear’s latest store design concept focused on interactive retail environments.

Stradivarius regional debut

Taking the adjacent unit, Stradivarius has signed for 8,200 sq ft, creating a regional flagship for the womenswear brand. The store will showcase its full clothing, footwear and accessories collections and is expected to open during the summer.

Continued investment from Inditex

The signings mark the third regional debut for Inditex at Meadowhall, following the opening of Bershka in late 2024. That same year also saw Zara upsize its store at the centre, introducing its latest shop-fit as part of a wider reinvestment programme.

The announcements follow a milestone year for Meadowhall, which celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2025. Leasing momentum is expected to continue into 2026, reinforcing the centre’s position as a dominant regional retail destination with national appeal.
