Peel Retail & Leisure has announced that Hollister will open its first outlet store in the South West at Gloucester Quays.
The Hollister store will occupy an 8,000 sq ft unit on High Orchard Street, adjacent to the main entrance to Gloucester Quays and opposite Søstrene Grene and AllSaints. Hollister is a brand of Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
Hollister will offer men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, fragrance and seasonal collections at outlet prices. The store will join Gloucester Quays’ existing fashion line-up, which includes Jack Wills, Levi’s, The North Face and Adidas.
Peel Retail & Leisure said Hollister’s offer is aligned with Gloucester Quays’ growing young and student audience, while the letting adds to the destination’s existing mix of retail, restaurant and leisure operators.
The signing follows other regional firsts at Gloucester Quays. Berghaus opened its second standalone UK store at the destination in September 2024, marking its first standalone location in the South West, while Gloucester Quays is also home to the only South West outlet location for AllSaints.
The signing follows Peel Retail & Leisure’s announcement of a record-breaking start to 2026 at Gloucester Quays, with rising first-half footfall, strong retail and leisure performance and continued leasing activity.
