Superdry & Co is set to open a new store at Derbion in Derby after signing for a 3,576 sq ft unit at the retail and leisure destination.
The store will introduce Superdry & Co’s refreshed identity to Derby following the unveiling of Superdry & Co in 2025. The new format is described as lighter and brighter, with an elevated environment built around the brand’s preppy-influenced style.

Spanning womenswear and menswear, the store will carry clothing and accessories from the latest Autumn/Winter collections alongside Superdry’s established outerwear range.
Derby shoppers will also be able to shop Bench, the streetwear label that joined the Superdry & Co portfolio earlier this year, extending the store’s offer towards a younger, trend-led customer.
Superdry & Co has signed a 10-year lease for the new location.
Derbion Expands Fashion Line-Up
The signing continues a run of fashion additions at Derbion, with Office, FatFace, Crew Clothing, Victoria’s Secret and Seasalt among the brands to have joined the destination over recent months.
Primark is also preparing to relocate its Derby operation to a newly created 50,000 sq ft store at Derbion next year.
The latest arrival follows FatFace’s decision earlier this year to take a new store at the centre as part of Derbion’s wider programme of fashion lettings.
Derbion says the growth of its fashion offer is taking place alongside wider investment across Derby city centre, with an expanding student and young professional population forming part of the customer base it is seeking to serve.
The new store will add Superdry & Co to a fashion line-up at Derbion that has continued to expand through new openings, relocations and retailer investment.
