DI MINNO, the luxury Italian footwear brand, has inaugurated its second physical store in London, following the triumph of its Sloane Square location. The new store is situated in the prestigious Burlington Arcade, a retail space synonymous with luxury and heritage in the heart of London.

The brand expressed immense enthusiasm about its new location, emphasizing that the arcade’s storied history and core values resonate well with DI MINNO’s own heritage and aesthetic. The strategic placement of the store in such an iconic location underscores the brand’s commitment to quality and luxury.

In a strategic move to bolster its executive team, DI MINNO has also welcomed Alina Balaci as its new Managing Director. Balaci brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously held roles at esteemed fashion houses like Christopher Kane and Burberry.

Speaking about her new role, Alina Balaci stated: “I am thrilled to join DiMinno and continue its exciting journey. As I step into this new role, my passion is driven by a strong dedication to both the growth of the business and the team. I’m embarking on this venture to expand DiMinno in the luxury footwear industry and foster a culture built on collaboration, creativity, and unwavering commitment.”

Alessandro Maria Ferreri, the Strategic Advisor of DI MINNO and the CEO of The Style Gate, a Milan-based consultancy firm, also weighed in on the brand’s expansion:

“Di Minno wholeheartedly represents the excellence in the luxury market. We pride ourselves on quality and style, ensuring that the brand’s identity is elevated and refined. I am proud to have grown DI MINNO to a point of recognition and establishment and look forward to putting all of my expertise into the brand to further develop and establish the DI MINNO name in the luxury, fashion, and footwear industries.”

Franca Aschenbrenner, the President and Creative Director of DI MINNO, shared her thoughts on the brand’s growth in London:

“As a creative hub and home to the Cosmopolitan Woman, London is somewhere that I have seen as a visionary city for years and I’m beyond proud to see my design and vision come to life here, especially in the notorious Burlington Arcade.”

To celebrate these significant milestones, DI MINNO hosted a Cocktail Dinatoire at SPARROW ITALIA in Mayfair. The event was graced by notable personalities such as Sophie Hermann, Nina Suess, Maja Malnar, Olivia Arben, Donna Wallace, Hikmat Mohammed, Ida Peterson, Chloe Street, Federica Labanca, and more, adding an extra layer of glamour to the brand’s new endeavours.

The Burlington Arcade has been a cornerstone of luxury retail in London since its establishment in 1819. Its selection of high-end brands makes it a fitting location for DI MINNO, further solidifying the brand’s status in the luxury market.
