Globally renowned fashion brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein have recently opened their doors at Caledonia Park. This move marks a pivotal moment for the outlet village, situated in the heart of Scotland.

Tommy Hilfiger has unveiled a 5,000 square foot store at the centre, joining the ranks of anchor brands such as Nike, Adidas, and POLO by Ralph Lauren. This new store, the brand’s 15th outlet in the UK, offers a comprehensive range of men’s and women’s clothing that epitomizes the brand’s classic ‘American style’. The store’s design, crafted by Tommy Hilfiger’s in-house team, reflects the brand’s iconic red, white, and blue motif, complemented by wood furnishings, giving shoppers an immersive brand experience.

Adjacent to this, Calvin Klein, a fellow brand under the PVH Corporation, has inaugurated its 4,100 square foot space. Situated near luxury brands like BOSS and Lindt, the Calvin Klein store at Caledonia Park, which is the 16th of its kind in the UK, features a diverse array of apparel including jeans, seasonal coats, accessories, loungewear, and underwear. This opening further emphasizes the continuous attraction of outlet centres for major global fashion retailers.

Maria Averkina, Asset and Development Manager at Railpen, one of the UK’s largest pension managers and the entity behind Caledonia Park, expressed enthusiasm about these new additions. “These openings represent a significant endorsement for Caledonia Park, as well as its appeal to global retailers, and further bolsters our position as Scotland’s premium designer outlet village,” she commented. This sentiment highlights the strategic importance of such expansions in enhancing the retail mix and appeal of Caledonia Park.

The arrival of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein at Caledonia Park comes on the heels of the announcement that Hobbs and Phase Eight will be opening a 1,112 square foot unit later this month. This move will mark Hobbs’ inaugural Scottish outlet and Phase Eight’s second in the region. These brands will join a diverse array of premium labels at Caledonia Park, including kate spade new york, Radley London, and Levi’s, thus enriching the shopping experience for visitors.
