CHANEL is set to captivate beauty enthusiasts with the March opening of a temporary beauty boutique in Edinburgh, Scotland—a city cherished by Gabrielle Chanel. Reflecting her profound connection to Scotland, both aesthetically and professionally, the pop-up promises an immersive experience into the world of Chanel beauty.

The boutique’s design is inspired by the allure of a nighttime adventure, offering visitors a unique chance to explore the Rouge Allure Velvet Nuit Blanche collection. This new, limited-edition lipstick range features eight luminous matte shades, each symbolising the enchantment of the night and breaking away from conventional daytime looks.

Housed in the picturesque, Robert Adam-designed building at No. 8 Charlotte Square, the two-floor pop-up boutique is a testament to CHANEL’S commitment to art and elegance. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by CHANEL beauty experts, ready to guide them through the meticulously curated experience.

The journey begins in the cinema room, where attendees are introduced to the Nuit Blanche campaign film. An interactive digital clock awaits, offering a playful way to discover the perfect lipstick shade. The backstage beauty area allows guests to try on their chosen shade and delve into the products used to create the campaign’s nighttime looks, famously worn by Margot Robbie.

An Edinburgh-exclusive, the CHANEL School of Makeup, will offer masterclasses for those looking to perfect their evening makeup. The pop-up also features an interactive space for guests to capture their looks and explore CHANEL’s fragrance and beauty offerings.

The experience culminates in the CHANEL store, where visitors can add the final touch with a fragrance spritz and purchase items from the new collection.

The Rouge Allure Velvet Nuit Blanche pop-up at No. 8 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh EH2 4DR, will be open from 9th March to 30th March. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sunday, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
