Grosvenor has announced a series of retail signings at Liverpool ONE, introducing new tenants to South John Street as part of its strategy to refresh and strengthen the destination’s offering. The announcements include city debuts for MINISO and Bath & Body Works, alongside a relocation for Boux Avenue and a revamped concept store for Victoria’s Secret.

MINISO, Bath & Body Works, and Boux Avenue to Open Adjacent Stores

Global lifestyle brand MINISO has chosen Liverpool ONE for its city debut, taking a 3,000 sq ft unit. The store will feature a wide range of products, including collectables, plush toys, beauty items, and snacks. Known for collaborations with beloved brands like Hello Kitty, Disney, and Harry Potter, MINISO’s arrival adds to the retail diversity of South John Street.

Similarly, Bath & Body Works will make its Liverpool debut in early 2024. Occupying a 3,000 sq ft space, the store will showcase the brand’s signature selection of personal care products, candles, and seasonal collections. Bath & Body Works is one of the most anticipated openings, reflecting Liverpool ONE’s commitment to introducing high-demand brands.

Boux Avenue is set to return to South John Street after temporarily relocating to Peter’s Lane during the expansion of Zara. The lingerie and lifestyle brand will move into a 3,000 sq ft unit, featuring its full range of lingerie, nightwear, loungewear, sportswear, and swimwear.

Victoria’s Secret Reinforces Commitment with New Concept Store

Victoria’s Secret has opened a new 4,000 sq ft concept store, marking a key milestone in the brand’s nationwide rollout of updated retail spaces. The revamped store highlights an expanded range, including lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, and athleisure, alongside fragrances and body care products. The move underscores Victoria’s Secret’s commitment to Liverpool ONE as a flagship destination.

Commenting on the new signings, Rob Deacon, Director of Asset Management at Grosvenor, stated:
“We enhance Liverpool ONE’s appeal by constantly considering our tenant mix. To achieve this, we need both a close working relationship with brands and a deep understanding of our consumers. The signing of Bath & Body Works, MINISO, Boux Avenue, and Victoria’s Secret is another example of the successful alignment of those factors.”

Saad Usman, Chief Operating Officer at MINISO, added:
“We are thrilled to be opening our city debut at Liverpool ONE, introducing our affordable and trendy collections from beloved brands such as Hello Kitty and Friends, Disney, and our new Harry Potter collection, which has launched just in time for Christmas. With its vibrant atmosphere, Liverpool ONE is the perfect place for our new MINISO store.”

Looking Ahead: 2025 Store Openings

Liverpool ONE is poised for a significant year in 2025, with South John Street set to welcome new stores from Sephora and TFG London. Sephora’s city debut and TFG London’s 12,000 sq ft multi-brand space will bring together Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and Inside Story. These openings are scheduled for spring, followed by the launch of Uniqlo’s 25,000 sq ft flagship on Paradise Street later in the year. The forthcoming additions reinforce Liverpool ONE’s status as a premier retail destination.
