Hollister To Open At Lakeside Shopping Centre

Lakeside Shopping Centre has announced that Hollister, a global retailer and brand of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., will open at the regional retail and leisure destination in 2026.

The arrival will bring Hollister’s apparel, accessories and fragrance offer to the Essex-based scheme, as Lakeside continues a multi-million-pound programme of investment across its internal and external environments.

The centre is undergoing a transformation aimed at repositioning the destination through updated interiors, enhanced public spaces and a refreshed brand mix. Existing and incoming retailers include Next and JD, alongside an enhanced M&S, as Lakeside seeks to strengthen its appeal across fashion and lifestyle categories.

Lakeside Shopping Centre is owned by SGS UK Retail and asset managed by Pradera Lateral. Leasing agents on the deal were Smith Young and LM Real Estate.
