Highcross Leicester is set to welcome two new retail lettings this spring, with K-beauty retailer PURESEOUL making its East Midlands debut and footwear brand Office returning to the scheme.

The arrival of PURESEOUL reflects growing consumer interest in Korean beauty products, while Office adds to the fashion offer at Highcross Leicester. The centre said searches for Korean skincare rose by 125% in the second half of 2025, with average demand running nearly 35% above the wider skincare category. It also pointed to activity on TikTok around “#kbeauty” as a driver of sales momentum in the UK.

PURESEOUL To Open On The Lower Mall

PURESEOUL, which already operates stores in Brighton, London and Manchester, has built its offer around cult Korean beauty brands including Torriden, Milktouch, Medicube and Sungboon, alongside trend-led skincare products, ingredient-focused ranges and in-store advice.

The retailer is due to open in early May in a 163.4 sq m unit on the lower mall near Ernest Jones Jewellers.

Office Returns To Highcross

Also joining the line-up this spring is Office, which is scheduled to open in mid-April in a 313.49 sq m unit on the upper mall.

Known for its mix of trend-led footwear from global brands and its own in-house collections, the retailer is returning to Highcross after previously trading at the centre in 2021. The move points to continued retailer confidence in Leicester city centre.

Once open, the two stores will sit alongside a number of established fashion and beauty brands at the centre, including Lush, Jo Malone, Clarins, Timberland, Schuh and Clarks. Their arrival further strengthens Highcross Leicester’s offer across both categories ahead of further announcements expected this year.
