Brazilian fashion and lifestyle brand FARM Rio is rolling out a series of Summer Stores and activations across resort destinations, extending its international retail presence during the height of the summer season.

The first store in the series is now open in Marbella, with Capri, Saint-Tropez and Ibiza to follow later in June. Mykonos continues as a seasonal location, creating a summer retail circuit shaped around resort travel, beach culture and the easy rhythm of the season.

The Summer Stores form part of FARM Rio’s 2026 global campaign, AS CARIOCAS, which also encompasses the release of its Spring Summer collection and the brand’s presence at local cultural events in international communities, from Paris to New York.
The concept reimagines FARM Rio’s architectural identity for seaside destinations, drawing on Rio de Janeiro’s beach culture, tropical nature and the brand’s print-led design language. Rather than treating the stores as conventional retail spaces, the design creates a series of sensory environments rooted in colour, texture and craft.
Straw and sisal are used across the interiors, giving the spaces a natural warmth, while artist and designer Isabela Oliveira has hand-painted large-scale tropical motifs directly onto the walls. The effect reflects the visual world of FARM Rio, where print, pattern and references to Brazil’s natural landscape are central to the brand’s identity.
The colour palette is anchored by Brazil’s yellow and green, expressed through banana bunches and dense foliage. The interiors provide a setting for the brand’s Summer ’26 collection, with the prints presented as part of the same wider world rather than as a separate retail display.
Furniture for the stores has been developed by Poeira Design with FARM Rio’s creative team. The scheme also incorporates Mediterranean references, including hand-painted Moroccan rugs and tile-covered display totems. In Marbella, a fitting room made from buriti palm straw by artist and longtime collaborator Alessandra Sisdelli gives the store a detail specific to that location.
The seasonal programme will also include limited-edition souvenirs carrying the name of each destination, including totes, caps and a scarf. Events are planned throughout the season, with the first confirmed for Ibiza on 20 June at Casa Jondal beach club. The programme is set to include fresh coconut water carts, altinha classes, a Brazilian beach football activity, and banana ice lollies.
The Ibiza activation will be hosted at Particular in Casa Jondal, while FARM Rio’s Mykonos presence continues as a seasonal location. The summer stores build on the brand’s established presence in Mykonos and reflect its strategy of meeting customers in resort markets during peak travel periods.
