RW&CO has opened a new store at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, introducing a retail concept developed with global strategy and design studio Dalziel & Pow.

Founded in Montreal in 1999 and now operating in more than 85 stores across Canada, RW&CO is known for refined essentials and accessible style for modern routines. The Toronto store builds on the brand’s recent identity refresh and brings the updated proposition into one of Canada’s most prominent shopping destinations.

Designed around “The Lifestyle Collective”, the store at CF Toronto Eaton Centre has been created to support a more curated shopping journey. An “Essentials Wardrobe” presents signature pieces through double-height merchandising inspired by traditional haberdashery, while an “Occasion Destination” offers dedicated styling suites and services for formalwear.

Across the store, “Living Lookbooks” combine mannequins, tables and digital touchpoints to show complete looks and encourage customers to explore products across categories.

The shopfront has been designed as an open entrance, anchored by a central totem wall that gives the store a recognisable brand presence while allowing the concept to be adapted for future locations.

At the centre of the space, an RW&CO blue service hub acts as a focal point in the customer journey. Beyond transaction, the area supports personal shopping appointments, styling advice and deeper engagement with the brand.

The design follows Dalziel & Pow’s wider work with RW&CO on brand positioning and visual identity, which was developed to engage a new generation of fashion-conscious consumers and strengthen the retailer’s presence in Canada.
