The store offers a wide array of products, from shirts, suits, and knitwear to shoes and accessories. It also highlights the brand’s latest autumn collections. For those seeking personalised shopping experiences, the store provides one-on-one styling appointments, in line with Tyrwhitt’s ethos of ‘helping men look good and feel good – effortlessly.’

In line with its commitment to sustainability, the Cheltenham store includes Charles Tyrwhitt’s shirt and suit recycling scheme. Customers who bring in old shirts and suits—whether Tyrwhitt or not—are rewarded with discounts, encouraging environmentally conscious shopping practices.

Joe Irons, Chief Marketing Officer at Charles Tyrwhitt, commented on the new store: “In a time when the high street needs a real boost, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new Cheltenham store. An area famed for its beauty and unique settings, the town is known to be a great pull for tourists in the UK landscape and we hope to add to the already alluring high street space, catering to both locals and visitors alike. We can’t wait to showcase the store to our new customers, hopefully gaining some new Charles Tyrwhitt fans by catering to the needs of the shoppers with some great clothing options and a fantastic in-store experience.”

The new Cheltenham store is part of Charles Tyrwhitt’s broader expansion strategy, bringing its global store count to 44, with plans for six more openings before the end of the year. The store’s location on the Promenade positions it well to attract both local shoppers and visiting tourists, offering a mix of classic British menswear and modern retail technology.
