Victoria Leeds, owned and operated by Redical, has signed premium blank clothing retailer AS Colour for its Yorkshire debut.

The New Zealand-founded brand, which operates 28 retail locations globally, has taken a 4,351 sq ft unit in the historic Victoria Quarter. The letting brings another regional first to Victoria Leeds, while Redical continues to refine the destination’s premium occupier mix. AS Colour will join the line-up within Victoria Quarter.

The signing coincides with the opening of Lisa Angel at Victoria Gate, marking the retailer’s Northern debut. The brand has taken a 577 sq ft unit, where it will offer jewellery, accessories and gifting.

This latest update follows the recent announcement that Randox Health has also signed at Victoria Quarter. The 734 sq ft unit will be the brand’s first standalone location in Yorkshire, adding a healthcare offer to the destination’s occupier line-up. The clinic is set to provide a range of blood tests focused on preventative healthcare through a bespoke, holistic model.

LM and Central Retail acted for Redical. Lightlease represented AS Colour. The latest lettings underline Victoria Leeds’ continued focus on first-to-region openings across fashion, gifting and wellbeing.
