Co-op is expanding its store-within-a-store partnership with Peacocks and Bonmarché, with six new fashion concessions opening this month and taking the combined total operated by the two retailers within Co-op stores to 20.
Four new Peacocks concessions are opening at Co-op stores in Cranleigh, Surrey; Machynlleth, Powys; Kippax, Leeds; and Whitby, North Yorkshire. The additions take the number of Peacocks concessions within the Co-op estate to 13.

Bonmarché is meanwhile adding two locations at Co-op stores in Lampeter, Ceredigion, and Shotts, North Lanarkshire. They follow four Bonmarché concessions opened within Co-op stores earlier this year and take the total to seven.
Peacocks and Bonmarché are investing in their physical store estates and opening in new retail locations. The two fashion retailers have also previously taken space together, including a combined Peacocks and Bonmarché store at Atria Watford.
Expanding the Store-Within-a-Store Format
Co-op is using the store-within-a-store format as part of its approach to introducing additional services and retail offers within its stores. The concessions are intended to extend consumer choice locally while giving Peacocks and Bonmarché access to additional communities.
The fashion offer spans wardrobe essentials, seasonal ranges, nightwear, accessories and footwear. Bonmarché stores include collections involving brand ambassadors Lisa Snowdon and Lorraine Kelly, alongside its Dash and Autonomy brands.
Peacocks’ offer includes collections involving Dani Dyer, Louise Redknapp and Michael Owen, as well as the Dani Dyer Mini Collection for children.
The six openings take the combined Peacocks and Bonmarché concession network within Co-op stores to 20 locations.
